FREE DELIVERY AND MINIMUM ORDER

● Delivery country: We are able to deliver all over the UAE. Note; We are unable for
international deliveries due to custom restrictions.
● Minimux order: A minimum 85 AED Required to place an order.
● Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders valued at AED 200 or more.
● Delivery Charge: A delivery charge of Aed 30 Applies to orders below AED 200.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY IN DUBAI AND SHARJAH

● Same Day Delivery: Place your order before 9pm and we will deliver at your doorstep
the same day.
● Next Day Delivery: Place your order after 9pm and we will deliver it the next morning.
● Operational Days: Our deliveries run 7 days a week.
● Prompt Dispatch: We aim to dispatch your order by courier or private car the following
business day. Unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or traffic might cause
occasional delays.
● Reception Of Package: We ship it without requiring signatures. Ensure someone is
there to collect your parcel.
● Our Responsibility: We take great care in shipping until you receive it & ensure you are
satisfied with the product.
● Pre-orders: For items on Pre-order you can contact us by email or WhatsApp. Also you
can give us details on the order note.
● Address Finality: Once placed the orders are shipped to the provided address. If you
change location let us know by WhtasApp or Email. If a refund is necessary , the initial
shipping fee will be excluded.
● Payment & ID: Delivery will be handed over upon presenting your Emirates ID/Passport
and clearing the invoice amount by Cash or Card Payment.
● Age Restriction: Buyers Must Be 18 or older, orders placed by minors will not be
handed over or refunded.
● Delivery Update: After placing an order, expect confirmation email from
juuldxb@gmail.com

OUTSIDE DUBAI AND SHARJAH

● 6 working day delivery (Sunday closed)
● Any order placed after 2.00PM will be delivered the next day.
● Order placed before 2 pm will be delivered same day
● Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
● Cash on delivery only (card payment not acceptable).
● Orders over 200 AED are free delivery.
● Minimum order 85 AED required to place an order.
● Orders under 200 AED delivery charge is 30 dhs.
● Age Restriction: Buyers Must Be 18 or older, orders placed by minors will not be handed
over or refunded.

OUTSIDE CITY AREA

1. Delivery within 2 working days (Sunday closed)
2. Far From city areas are 35 AED will be an additional charge.
3. More than 200 dhs orders will be a 35 AED delivery charge only

Warranty

● Product comes with a 24 hours warranty for factory defects.
● To avail the warranty, you must provide the Juul Dubai order website’s order number.

Return

● You can request a refund or exchange within 48 hours of purchase. Beyond this
timeframe, claims will not be entertained.
● For returns, the product should be unused, in its original condition and packed in its
factory packing.
● We only accept returns in cases of factory defects or errors in packaging.

Refund Process

● Upon receiving your returned items, we will notify you via email or mobile number.
● After inspection, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If
approved, refund will be processed through your bank account or hand over cash. If
rejected, the same product will be returned to you

Pods Policy

● Pods are neither refundable nor returnable. Everyone’s taste is subjective; what may
appeal to one might not appeal to another.
● We can not accept return pods due to potential tampering , even if it is sealed, unless
sent incorrectly in your order.

Exchange

We only exchange products that are defective or damaged.

The following aren’t covered under warranty:

● Pods
● Damaged due to misuse, physical marks like scratches or signs of dropping, misuse of
charger.
● Items tampered by third parties
● Product under another warranty or repaired by non-authorized personnel.

Indemnity

By using our site, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Juul and Myle harmless from any
claims, damages or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use.

User Responsibility

The user is expected to understand the product before purchasing. Misuse or damage from
learning is not covered under warranty. Like any other hobby, vaping requires research and
users are expected to review and understand the product before purchase
